Brand-new one-trip container with closed-cell spray foam insulation on the walls and ceiling (air and vapor barrier), finished painted interior wall and ceiling panels over a framed lining (no exposed steel), and no windows. The original steel cargo doors are kept. Available as a 20ft container from $7,450 or a 40ft High-Cube from $11,950. Optional add-ons: a 36-inch steel personnel door with lockset (+$1,150), an electrical package with breaker panel, LED lighting and outlets (+$1,850), and A/C with heat (quoted on request). Built in 10–14 business days. Delivery: Free Standard $0, Tilt-Bed $350 or Flatbed $450. Warranty: 1-year workmanship plus the manufacturer's structural warranty.
